Advanced Filters do not allow Smart Collections

I just created a whole bunch of smart collections for a library.

I then went to create a smart playlist that would use these smart collections, however, it does not appear that you can select smart collection in the drop down, only the three non smart collections are showing.

Advanced Filter by Custom Collection

If I create a custom collection, I cannot use advanced filters to filter by that collection. I would like to. Example: I make a custom collection called “Capes” Match any of the following: Studio is “Marvel Studios” Studio Is “DC Comics” etc I would like to make a custom collection called “No Capes”: Collections is not “Capes” But my custom collection “Capes” does not show up as an option.
