Apparently I’ve already suggested this a few years ago. I forgot all about it:

Add ability to negate filters in the web interface

First off, let me state that based on my reading of this feature request found here, which is what all similar requests get pointed to and closed, this is different request. I am not asking for the Home feature to use any different logic to decide what assets to restrict or allow. And with the move to the new forum, I didn’t find any other request out there.
