Why do I get ads when I have a premium membership
Assuming you’re referring to the ads played while viewing Plex’s video-on-demand offerings, check out the first two questions of this support article:
The short version is that a Plex Pass subscription does not remove ads from Plex’s content.
You should not, however, be seeing ads when viewing your own content.
