Advice for New Plex Server

Hi, My NAS has given up the ghost. It was a 4 bay Readynas which had its limitations.

Whilst I liked the easy use of it, I’m after some advise on what’s best to replace it with, be a NAS, PC OR pi system.

I want something that would transcode 4K if possible but also don’t want to break the bank (I know, probably not gonna happen).

Anyway, I’m open to all options.

What do people advise?

I run Unraid on a B450 TOMAHAWK with a AMD Ryzen 5 1600 Six-Core and 24 gigs of ram. Plex and other support apps run in docker containers. I also have one Windows 10 VM for my TV Tuner card. I can transcode 4K but I use optimized versions of the 4K movies for my non 4K TVs and remote streaming.
