After changing the IP only external access

My Plex runs as a docker on a UnRAID.

After I changed the IP, the server on my Fire TV sticks is only recognized as external and no longer as a local server.

The attempt via Android and setting the IP as “manual connection” did not work either.
If I deactivate the WLAN on this smartphone and access Plex via the mobile network, I can play all movies.

From the Fire TV Stick I have the same phenomenon. Data in the same network is played as remote.
