After installation, the PMS server does not start

After installation, the server does not start.

Go to /var/lib/plexmediaserver/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server

Make a tar.gz of the "Logs** directory please and attach here.

Prehistory.
The hard drive with centos 7 and the media server failed on the home computer, as always there are no archival copies :). I changed the hard drive and decided to install a newer version of centos 8. I turned off selinux, because it is too much for the home server, I also turned off firewalld instead of which I installed and configured iptables-services, I opened the necessary ports. Next, I installed a PMS server that does not start. centos8 installed without a GUI.

Did you create user Plex manually first ?

Easy way to check.

/var/lib/plexmediaserver should be owned by plex:plex (ls -la output)

No, I did not create a Plex user manually. But it is present in the system:
plex:x:993:1001:RPM Created PlexUser:/var/lib/plexmediaserver:/sbin/nologin

, and the rights to the directory

The system journal should have the shell output if there is any

sudo journalctl -xe | grep -i plex

If there is an error, it should be obvious.

Reinstalled the OS on centos 7, installed a media server, everything worked right there without any problems.

There will be information in the Crash Reports (it should upload the *.dmp file).
If this latest DMP file did not upload, I can examine it directly and find out where the problem is.
