Again! Subtitle not work! (AFTER UPDATES!)

After two or three updates the problems come! This time it’s the subtitles.
I have 3 TVs (2 different samsung and one LG) … and in all 3 TVs the subtitles no longer work … not even from a browser! This only after making the latest updates !. How is it possible!? Always problems every time! IN THE FILMS THAT I COULD SEE THE SUBTITLES BEFORE, NOW I CANNOT ANY MORE! How can I solve? When is the update that will fix something and ruin something else !?
