Airplay is not showing in my apple phone

Hi,

I have installed windows 10 Pro and in that i installed openPHT. I installed iTunes in my PC and i enabled Airplay option in the preference. But still i haven’t got My airplay option in my Apple phone(Iphone5s with iOS10 ) or MAC book. Kindly help us to solve the issue.

Previously i was using KODI 17, with that airplay worked flawless. But in openPHT i havn’t got that option in my phone only.

were you just doing audio with Kodi17?

according to the Kodi FAQ

Due to changes made by Apple, AirPlay support depends on what version of iOS your sending-device is using:
iOS 8 or older: Kodi supports audio, video, and pictures.
iOS 9 or newer: Kodi only supports audio.

either way, Airplay im told is rather broken in OpenPHT/Rasplex - theres not much point trying to use it in most cases

Yeah Thanks Daniel,

Oh, that means it’s broken for OpenPHT? but for KODI 17 it is playing audio very nicely with my iOS 10 devices. I need only audio airplay is fine at least for my plex clients…
