Album descriptions and reviews on PlexAmp are in some other language

I have noticed a lot of album descriptions and reviews on PlexAmp are in some other language, like spanish of portuguese. I only use English. Why is this happening? and can I fix it?

Plexamp shows exactly the same data that other Plex clients show of the same library item.

If your Plexamp instance now suddenly shows a different language than your e.g. web app, then this can only mean that

  1. you are not looking at your own library. Do you use Plexamp to access Tidal? Do you have access to shared servers, which might be using a different language?
  2. you are looking at a different library. Do you have more than one audio library, of which one might have been set to a different language?
  3. something on the device where Plexamp has been installed on, is translating everything on the fly to Spanish (unlikely, but theoretically possible). Is Plexamp installed on a mobile device which uses Spanish as it’s default language?
