Album gets detected yet tracks info are empty and not playable

Server Version#: 1.30.0.6486
Player Version#:

The music library is not using the “Prefer local metadata” option.
Lately adding some radio show ended up into creating a tile for a new episode, tracks where detected (only numbers) with no metadata and could not be played.

going to edit → info lists the files correctly:

on the debug logs, I get some message like:

Directory had 35 files, database had 0 files, can't skip.

and some hash checks:

any hints how to debug this further?

Is it possible to get your server logs and maybe one or two of your mp3s we can use for testing.
