Spent some time last night putting the Plex skill for Alexa through its paces, but ran into a handful of headaches. The biggest one is that no matter what I do, Alexa can’t ever find my PS4 app even when I’m in the process of using it. I made sure the server, Alexa, and PS4 app were all updated, went through every setting, but to no avail.
I’ve got the same issue - I’d love to know if anyone has an answer!
I’ve personally got three Plex apps on Android devices, two installations of RasPlex (which I know are not supported anyway) and one Plex app installed on a PS4 (which I would expect to work) but Alexa doesn’t seem to be able to find any of the players. Even the Android apps that are marked ‘advertise as a player’.
