All movies are playing one movie

Server Version#: 1.18.4.2171 (was on 1.18.5.2309 but tried to roll back, did not help)
Player Version#: Web 4.12.3, Roku, Plex Media Player
Server hosted on Windows 10
Media files hosted on Netgear ReadyNAS

User is trying to watch Frozen, and instead it is playing Pacific Rim.

When I go to info, it shows the correct path and I verified the file is fine.

I then chose a movie at random, and it is also trying to play Pacific Rim!

I just restarted the whole server and my NAS, and it still does it.

Any ideas?

This sounds like it might possibly be a corrupted Plex database. Check out the support article:

Thank you for the very quick reply.

I followed the steps for Windows, and even though it said the db was ok, I ran the repair steps, and then restarted the server.

But unfortunately it did not solve the problem.

Well, I deleted Pacific Rim and scanned, and the problem went away. I’ve had that movie forever and watched it on Plex, and it has been fine. Weird.
