<Getting An error occurred loading items to play. when trying to play come movies. Movies that used to work don’t work and some movies still work. Not sure what is going on. any help would be greatly appreciated. I am running on Unraid and have the latest docker installed. Also when I click on recommended in TV or movies folder I get “There was an unexpected error loading this library”
I have been using Plex for years and never had any issues until now. Thanks in advance.>
Sorry about that server version of PMS is: Version 1.18.2.2015
It is hosted on Unraid 6.7.2 server in a docker (linuxserver/plex
) running on an intel i7 2600 with 16gb RAM
I see what’s happening and, unfortunately, nothing I can do on the server side.
I see an LG tv which starts to play, remotely, plays a bit, then just stops. It occurs multiple times. I’ve seen this before on LG televisions but not a player guy so don’t know what to help with.
Does this also occur on a browser player?

ChuckPA. thanks for the quick reply. This is happening on all 3 of My Roku’s attached to Samsung, Pioneer an LG TV. My Cell phone can’t even connect to my movies, just TV shows and It also happens right on my computer on an Asus monitor. The log I sent i recreated the error on my computer with no TV or Streaming device about 30 seconds to 1 min or more before I created the log I attached. There could be instances of the Roku in there also but I don’t have a direct connection to an LG TV with build in player.
I can do another test with just my computer if that would help. Just let me know how to clear the logs to get just that for you.
I found the problem. The database is damaged (abruptly stopped?)

It seems part of the table is ok but somewhere along the way, it was damaged.
You can restore a previous database (com.plexapp.plugins.library.db) from one of the backup copies and then rescan everything to make it all up to date.
This would be under the config directory in your container.
Thank you again for the quick reply. That is the movie that we noticed the issue with originally. So that is probably the problem. By restoring an old database does that remove users and my movies etc or is it just the meta data and cover art for the movies and TV shows?
