Right now the only way to communicate directly inside Plex is by either sharing a movie/show title with a friend (allows a limited character message to them with the suggestion) or commenting on an activity of theirs.
It would be nice to be able to message them directly, whether it be to discuss a movie or update someone when a server is down or any other reason someone might have.
