I want the ability to be notified if a movie/show did not play or if the quality did not work. A simple button that pulls up a survey-type form where the user can select an issue and submit it to me would be great. Then on my end I could get a push notification on my iphone app.
While that could/would be a valuable addition for some people that are serving content to multiple users most people I know, even those that are serving content for others, find that email, texting, phone calls and even yelling across the house works quite well for the notifications that are needed.
Not to say that it would not be welcomed by some but it does seem that the need for something like this would serve only a minuscule part of Plex’s user base and the Plex developers have much more important things to incorporate into their code.
I find that the majority of people who watch movies prefer to watch blu-ray movies straight from the disk. I still think Plex is a good idea.
