Sidenote, I’ve posted a few logs regarding errors I’ve seen with the newest 1.8x version of Plex and DVR capabilities.
It would be good if you posted a “sticky” on the DVR forum to tell users exactly how you want end users to put forward bug reports. I have attached logs, but if there is a subject heading developers would prefer to identify properly documented bug reports, and other problem solving protocol…let us know. Otherwise, we just post, and hope in the blind.

You’re viewing your server via the local IP. The local Plex Web is always a few versions behind (it’s the Plex Web version which comes bundled with the Plex Media Server so it doesn’t get updated without a Server update).
If you go to https://app.plex.tv/web you’ll see that with the latest Plex Web 3.17.3 it says “Live TV & DVR”.
