I’m running Plex Server 1.8.0.4109 on my Synology DS216+II and it still shows that Live TV and DVR are still in beta. It shows no update available. I thought I read somewhere that it is out of beta, but maybe that was for a specific platform.
Plex keeps getting better by the day!

Same here, I post a few hours earlier than you on the QNAP with similar issue/s. Hoping someone from PLEX reads and responds.
I read recently that if you launch the Web App from app.plex.tv to connect to your server you get a more recent version than the one included in the PMS 1.8.0 release and it removes the (Beta) text from the Live TV/DVR setting.
