Amazon Echo - Plex Music

Hi,

I am struggling with the Amazon Alexa Echo. A short introduction to my system:

  1. Windows 10 PC with Music/Movies/Series Database
  2. Managed Users - 3 (Admin, Wife, Children)
  3. 2 amazon Alexa Echos - Location Germany - set to English (also the APP is set to english)

I can Play music on Echo, can not play playlists. Those are simply not seen… The playlist show on all other APPS in the Admin account:

  1. Plex App on ipad
  2. on iphone - with LTE
  3. on Windows PC
  4. on MAC

Alexa says she cannot find “the plalist ONE”. Playlist name is “ONE”. I tryed the commands:
"Alexa, ask Plex to play “the playlist ONE.”
"Alexa, ask Plex to play “playlist ONE.”
"Alexa, ask Plex to shuffle “the playlist ONE.”
"Alexa, ask Plex to shuffle “playlist ONE.”

Response from ALEXA: the Playlist ONE couldnt be found on the plexserver.
