With the new version of Plex on Amazon, I cannot connect to Plex when the internet is down. I cannot find the old option to enter a manual server. The option in the server for “Enable local network discovery (GDM)” is already enabled and Plex on Amazon refuses to load.
Nevermind. I got it working.
