Information
I’m mainly creating this thread for good measure. My hardware transcoding works as expected (and actually better than expected), but I’m worrying that something is broken behind the scenes. Searching for “amdgpu.ids plex” on Google yielded no results.

Anyone seen similar logs? Any idea what could be the problem here?

FWIW, I’m getting the same error in my Docker container logs, and my HW transcoding is working fine. It doesn’t seem to be impacting anything on my system either.

Same CPU or motherboard? Same Docker image?

Not the same hardware or image I’m afraid - I’m running Plex on a Deskmini with a Ryzen 5 3400G. I’m using the latest version of the Linuxserver.io Plex image.

I thought I read here on the forum a while back that they just rolled out a solution to get AMD GPU passthrough working correctly but it had some kinks - maybe this was the kink they were talking about? I wish I had bookmarked the thread.
