I came today to watch some recently added media to be greeted with this message - An error occurred loading items to play. I now have other issues which wasn’t present before such as movies will not delete from the server at all giving error messages. Files that are 60gb is size reported at 4mb , files I’ve had for years just will not play seems to be since Christmas and new files fresh as of today again refuse to play.
The titles play as stand alone titles away from plex with such as VLC player but just flat out refuse with plex.
The server will take the metadata , video thumbnails etc… and add to the library however the titles will try to play and give the error message - An error occurred loading items to play - or will just try to open the media from main screen but goes straight back to the main screen without the error message.
I have un-installed Plex and added the titles again I get the same error.
I have downloaded the latest beta which hasn’t helped.
I am formatting the iMac with a fresh copy and going to put the backup on the iMac too.
I have 4000 4k heavy titles on 30tb of drives , it would be a shame to loose them all.
