An error occurred trying to play

Initial setup. Files can play in VLC over the network, Media Player Classic too. Able to play on the server too so it isn’t the files I want to play.

Server Version#:3.69.1
Player Version#:3.71.1

Whenever I try to play any on my Plex Server, I am getting the “An occurred trying to play…” error. Attached is my server log.

What do I need to resolve this issue? I have about 25 GB of videos, music and tv shows saved from my DVR that I want to be able to watch with Plex. This is an initial setup.

I stopped the server after setting up logs, restarted it and then tried to play a movie with the player. That is the log I posted.

NOTE: I installed Emby Server and it played all content immediately and stopped at the 1 minute mark like it said it would. This tells me it is an issue with Plex.

I guess that Plex’s customer service is non-existent. Call me surprised with all the other posts I have read on here.
