Just recently about 2 weeks ago, I was unable to play my library mp4 movies. I can see them and upload more movies, and new library cover pictures get added to the file but when I click to play I get an error message. Please help.
I am facing that the Plex Streaming services for both movies & live TV are not working. I see an exclamation beside both these titles & when I click on them, I get the error “There was an unexpected error. Please visit our forums if you continue to experience problems”.
This is the screen shot of what I get. I see the file and cover art and even detail info of the movie but it wont play. This is for all my movies, in different formats, mkv, mp4, h264 and h265.
That is a generic error message and can be caused by multiple things. Please reproduce the error, then provide me your server logs and the log from that device. Android log or ios log.
