+1 . Same issues as everyone else.
Server Version 1.23.5.4841 (On Windows 10)

Only Music Libraries are affected.
Libraries using " Plex Music " Agent are affected.

Changing Agent to " Personal Media Artists " or " Last.fm " fixes the issue.

Also Restarting Plex server will also fix the issue but only temporarily. (While using " Plex Music " agent)

So for now Last.fm will remain the chosen music agent.

Same issue here. Only Music libraries are affected. Other libraries update immediately and automatically.

There was some additional logging added to Plex Media Server to help troubleshoot this issue - the issue of the internet connectivity indication being incorrect - suspected to arise after an overnight network glitch

So would like to see fresh server logs with debug logging enabled when the problem arises and there is an internet connection at the time

Just happened to me, here are the logs. It had a service uptime of 5 days when I attempted to scan library files and it gave me the error that an internet connection was required. I downloaded the logs. After rebooting the service it was able to connect.

Thanks for the logs with the new extra logging. This has helped identify an issue that has now been fixed in the beta release that came out yesterday

Same issue here - I attached the logs. My router reboots nightly on a schedule - maybe Plex isn’t recovering from that?

FYI - restarting the server resolved the issue, but I don’t want to have to restart the server every time I add something.
