Thanks for the Reply.

Everything with the Audio now seems to be Working fine, the Setting I Added to the MPV.conf File seems to be designed for this Issue so it is doing its Job.

The Next Issue I am trying to workout is:

PlexHTPC is unresponsive after Switching everything On in the Morning - Plex Players / Desktop Players - Plex Forum
