An Unexpected playback problem occurred. Happening every 5 - 15 minutes

I am running Plex on a Drobo 5N NAS and watching from two different Samsung TVs. One TV is a wired connection (Samsung 6 series), the other wireless (Samsung 8 series).

For the past two days, I have been getting the unexpected playback problem every 5 to 15 minutes with both TV shows and movies. I have reset the application on both TVs and reinstalled them. I downgraded the server from 1.21 back to 1.18 and the problem is still happening.

What logs would be helpful in diagnosing this?
