When starting live TV playback, I get this error after 5-10 seconds. A retry starts playback. What is the cause?

If I quit playback and restart playback, I am asked whether to “watch from beginning” or “watch live” (since the DVR is still recording). If I click “watch live”, I get a similar error with code 4294967283.

These errors have been occurring for several months through both server and player upgrades. The tuner infrastructure has not change (HDHomeRun FLEX 4K).
