Analog Audio Distribution

So, I don’t see a feature in Plex that would allow me to do what I want, so hopefully I’m posting in the correct category.

What I would like to do is to have the ability to distribute analog audio over my Plex network. I would mainly be using this to take my turntable audio, and feed it into Plex somehow, which would make it available on any of my clients. This would allow me to use Plex as a whole-house audio distribution system.

I currently can do this with an old, spare iMac: I connect my turntable to my receiver, which feeds the living room, but the zone output goes into the line input on the iMac, which then uses Airfoil to distribute that to pretty much any other device. Alternatively, this can be done with Air-Fi, Heos, Sonos, and a few others.

Thanks for the help.
