Is there any way to get plex to find the analog cable channels? I have a Hauppauge hvr955q tuner and it works fine with the wintv app and will record analog cable, but plex only finds the digital channels which is missing pretty much everything except what is available over the air anyway. If its not possible I will work on a workaround using wintv and dropping it into plex, I was just hoping to take advantage of plex automatically knowing what the episode is and populating metadata etc.
Plex does not support analog channels.
Thanks. Anybody have any suggestions on a program to use to record it and drop it into plex? I used wintv and it worked but the guide it has is terrible and I can’t set it to record seasons. Thanks
