Android and Roku see nothing after Password Reset and Server Reclaim

Player Version#: Various Android and Roku

Following the email asking me to reset my password caused many issues as others have reported. After several tries, I was finally able to reclaim my server from the Web App on the Windows server itself, but now, I have Android and Roku devices that still see the caution triangle next to all of my media libraries. My iPhones, iPads, Apple TVs and Web browsers are working, so I do not think it is a problem on the server side.

Is there a particular thing I have to do on Android and Roku devices to get them working again?

I’ve noticed similar reports for Android devices.

Others reported rebooting the Plex Media Server resolved the problem.

You may also need to restart the phone, streaming stick, etc.

I did restart my Androids and Roku devices, but I have not restarted my Plex Media Server. I will have to wait until no one is using it, to restart the server. For now, other clients seem to be working just fine.

Rebooting my Plex Media Server got the rest of my clients working.
