I appreciate the artist artwork, but what is needed is when the track first starts to play it should really show the album artwork initially. If Plex devs want to switch to the artist artwork later in the track that is fine (and cool), but seeing the album art helps to more quickly identify the song when deciding to skip or not. Or just make it a preference setting.
Also, a lot of times it doesn’t show any artwork. I assume this is a syncing issue with my phone and not an Android Auto issue.
As a side note, I notice that sometimes Android Auto does show the album art. I have no idea when or how it decides what to show, but for me it mostly is just stuck on the artist art.
