Android Sync Problems

Problem unfortunatelly still exists :frowning:
Server Version: 1.13.2.5102
Android Version: 7
Plex App Version: 7.0.2.5441

@“MovieFan.Plex” - is there any update on the timeline, when this will be fixed?

It is incredible frustrating to see new features being released like VR, News… and major bugs like this not being fixed for over two years(!)

+1 on this, all i need right now is for the music library to sync properly on a family members S7… VR and News can wait IMO!

Who needs to sync music when you can listen to podcasts in VR!?!!?! #getyourprioritiesstraight

I’m also having an issue with items not syncing. Additionally it seems that this causes high amount of RAM usage on the server ( I’m at 2.3GB with it doing nothing but trying to sync) and unpleasant battery drain on my android device.

Im trying to sync 5 artists of which 3 have successfully synced, but the remain 2 refuse to be synced.

Edit: Added logs

Hey, I don’t know if you’ve fixed your issue. I have a large music library with way more than 10K files.

What I’m currently doing (and whats seems like it’s working) is Force Stopping the Plex app on my android.

Once it shows me the percentage of the sync completed, it no longer continues to sync. So that’s when I Force Stop the app. Then open back up, then it downloads roughly 100ish more songs, then they cycle repeats.

At this rate I should be done within 100 more force stops. Plex please for the love of god fix this…
