Android TV home page loading slow

SONY Bravia TV with android 7.0 OS. Since last time the old version 8.1.2 always can’t connect to the server, I installed the newest TV client, the home page always can’t load immediately.
But, in the same network, my iphone can load very quick.
I have tried a lot of version clients, also failed.
PLEASE HLEP ME!!! It has confused me several days.

Every time when I logout, then clean the app’s cache,. Re-login, the problems solved. I have tried restore my TV, problems still.

The version is 1.24.5.5173 untill now

When I ask this question, I had tried to rollback to the older version which is provided by Synology.
