If you have a episode that is partially watched and you mark it un watched it ends up marking it fully watched.

this is meaningless
you need to actually provide the version numbers currently being used.

you would also be required to provide logs

Why? Try it yourself the issue has been around for probably a year. Where does it say you are a dev and I need to post logs?
