Animated GIF Support [Feature Request]

I agree, animated GIFs would be great for TV episodes, music artists or in the photo library.
Please note that there is another feature suggestion for GIFs, so one of them should be closed to avoid splitting votes.

Hello! I have quite a large photo library that includes animated GIFs. No Plex client seems to be able to play back GIFs (Web, Android, iOS). I'd love to see animated GIF support implemented.   Thanks!
