Why bother re-ripping instead of just renaming 2 files?
Check out this thread, I wasn’t aware of the “Ordering” option.
It doesn’t seem to change anything for me though.

Looks to me as if you have the order set to DVD, like here https://thetvdb.com/series/star-trek-the-next-generation/seasons/dvd/1. Change it to Aired either at the series level or for the entire library, if you want the episodes to show up like this https://thetvdb.com/series/star-trek-the-next-generation/seasons/official/1 1.
