Any tip about program/script for Mac that can start Plex if crash occurs?

Hi!
Anyone know how I can setup something that keeps track if PMS is running and if not start it up?
I have some crashes from time to time and not been able to avoid it. Happens about 1-3 times per month and would be nice to have an automated restart upon crash.

I use Mac.
