Any way to find old contents of Plex library, after re-scanning?

I run Plex on my windows laptop, but all the media is stored on a network drive. Recently my network drive completely failed. I backup fairly regularly, so have most of my media on my replacement drive.

But… there were a few recent additions (music and movie files) that hadn’t been backed up.

Until yesterday I could still see all these recent additions in Plex, and my plan was to keep checking what I was missing, and gradually replace them.

But then I stupidly re-scanned all my libraries, and now those missing files have gone from my Plex library. I can’t remember what was there.

Is there any way to see metadata for files that are no longer in your Plex library? I know there’s a bunch of stuff in “C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Plex Media Server” but i can’t understand it.

I just want to know what was in my Plex library before I re-scanned it.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks for the speedy help!
