I had a hard drive fail that I used to store Plex media and have not been able to recover the data. I am wondering if there is a way to see all of the files that were stored on this particular drive in Plex, so I can get an idea of what is missing. I assume Plex stores the results of it’s scans somewhere, so I could possibly look through those files if needed. Any help would be appreciated.

Well if you do not of this set…
When Plex scans the drive it will show them as deleted…

If you have not yet updated the Plex Media Server (or empty trash automatically after every scan is disabled as mentioned by nydave69) you should be able to use a plugin like [REL] ExportTools to extract that data.
An alternative, more “raw” approach could be to look at the database backups created by Plex (if that scheduled task is enabled). You might be able to manually pull the information from the sqlite database. Just mentioning this for completeness… not sure that’s a recommendable way to go.

Above is faster than using ExportTools, since no info is extracted from the database besides the file name/path
