I’m writing a script for myself to control my lights in my living room via Plex. It’ll dim them on pause, turn them off on play, and turn them on when I stop the video. Would anyone else be interested in this? If so I’ll clean it up and release it to everyone else here.
Definitely something I’m interested in. My hub is acting up at the moment but I’ve been looking for something like this since I got my hub.

I’m just about done doing a complete rewrite of the script to make it modular and dynamic. I’ll post something in the next couple of days.

Anyone interested will need API keys to interact with the Wink API. Please email support@winkapp.com to get these. When I release the script it will have two spots in the configuration to fill in with the credentials Wink will provide you.
