UCTV has a lot of great lectures on leading science, medicine, etc. I used to get them on Dish Network, but the channel is no longer available on Dish. They have a lot of content online, just waiting for Plex to connect.
If anyone has an interest in trying to put together a plugin to collect their content, please post.
