API rate limit 429

I am no longer able to connect to my plex server and I believe I need this resetting

error code=“1003” message=“API rate limit exceeded” status=“429”

Getting this error and my cert expired on the Saturday, 3 October 2026 at 06:18:48

Any help would be great

I have already tried to leave my plex server off for a few days but this has not helped

Just giving your post a bump in case you’re still seeing the 429 rate limit. With all posts about the new client app, it may have gotten lost.

@BigWheel and @OttoKerner seem to address the bulk of these. This one may have fallen through the cracks.
