I’m getting the following error:

Nov 25, 2025 21:42:19.655 [0x16eb7b000] DEBUG - CERT: Certificate expires soon, fetching a new one.
Nov 25, 2025 21:42:20.033 [0x16eb7b000] ERROR - CERT: Error acquiring new certificate: Failed to upload CSR: 429,
Apparently this is an issue that is well known. Could someone from Plex please reset my certificate?
@ChuckPa I believe you can help with this as it looks like a Cert error.

Your main and test servers both have valid certificates
Have you tried shutting down PMS for 15-20 minutes then restarting?
If you have then I can force a cert refresh
Hey ChuckPA. I was pinging you for the OP as the title did not make it clear (at least to me) that they had a cert issue so just wanted to make sure you noticed. I am all good on my end. Thanks though!
