“API rate limit exceeded” when getting certificate

I am trying to connect my local plex server via my new Android TV but was unable to connect. I tried to check the logs and I saw this;

‘error code=“1003” message=“API rate limit exceeded” status=“429”’

ı already edited ‘Custom server address’ and ‘Lan networks’ settings after unable to connect but can not try again due to API limit.

You were affected by a certificate which was stuck during its renewal process.
