App.plex.tv is unable to connect to "My Server" securely

Hi, I’m trying to setup Plex for Remote Access. When I go to the Remote Access tab it says " Fully accessible outside your network". I have also port forwarded the port 32400 on my router. But when I try to access my library from https://app.plex.tv I’m told that app.plex.tv is unable to connect to “My Server” securely.
I can access my library just fine on localhost, but I’m trying to setup so I can access it from anywhere.
Can someone help me please?
