App.plex.tv is unable to connect to "Plex" securely

Hi I’m receiving this error:

app.plex.tv is unable to connect to “Plex” securely

I’ve tried to use the downloaded app as well and done research - I cannot find the setting to access network - preffered.

\I’ve also tried using (http://local ipv4:32400/web), but it gives me an error that says my ip refuses to connect.

Does anyone have a solution for this?

it is in the Network settings of the server.

But your server does not appear to be claimed on your account. have you tried restarting it?
