Plex server is unavailable

Hello so I updated to 4.94.2, and then I receive the error "app.plex.tv can’t connect to “XXX”.

(in French :
app.plex.tv n’arrive pas à se connecter à “DESKTOP-PASCAL” en toute sécurité
Le paramètre « Connexion sécurisée » est peut-être désactivé, ou vous devriez vérifier les réglages de votre réseau.)

Super weird

So basically, before I could access to my server through this link: http://127.0.0.1:32400/web/index.html#!/media/601319ab528f9d80b2cc84f42376fa2c9f2d73f0/com.plexapp.plugins.library?source=1

And now it displays this:

And this URL still works : https://app.plex.tv/desktop/
But we can clearly see that my server won’t connect

I have a firewall Avast, and I allowed Plex Media Server app

So by doing some researches I arrived into this link
https://support.plex.tv/articles/206225077-how-to-use-secure-server-connections/

I saw at one point " Editing Secure Connections Setting"
And it says I could play with settings around Settings > Server > Network

But sorry, anyone could show me through a quick video how to access to Settings or Server?
I don’t see anything on my current web app version

Any other way to resolve that would be very welcome.
Thanks a lot

Server Version#: Version 4.94.2
Player Version#:

  1. verify that the plex icon in the task tray is still there (and doesn’t vanish when you move your mouse pointer over it)
  2. verify that the network connection of your Windows computer hasn’t been set to “public”. This happens automatically after you have changed network adapters, or routers, or home networks.
It needs to be “private” for the necessary firewall ports to be open.
  3. try and perform this procedure: You need to reclaim your server, but don't dare to touch the Windows Registry

Thanks a lot @OttoKerner, I didn’t know network connexion switched to “public” after changing some stuff.
So that was the origin of the error

I’m all OK now!
