Someone told me I needed an SSL reset. Brand new Nvidia shield out of the box. Connected to TV, all updates complete, plugged in external hard drive. When I go to media, it asks me to use the plex web app. When I open that, I see a a red exclamation point on 'shield AndroidTV with the “message app.plex.tv is unable to connect to “SHIELD Android TV” securely” - All I wanna do is watch the media from the hard drive through Plex on my TV. Why the hassle? Does anyone have a solid solution to this?
