Unable to connect to Plex server securely

I keep getting the Unable to connect to “SHIELD Android TV” securely. message.

I’ve saw in another site that having someone reset my server certificate will correct this.

My error is:
app.plex.tv is unable to connect to “SHIELD Android TV” securely

In my Nvidia shield, it is set to allow insecure connections: always.
I also tried “on same network” but neither works.

Can any Plex admin help me with this?

Same here! exact same issues

I reset both your certs may need to reboot shield.
