I’ve been plagued with this message for the last several days via my NVIDIA SHIELD after a recent library update. Please advise. I read on the forums that I needed to request a reset to my server certificate here and that would possibly resolve my issue.

Its almost never a certificate issue. Grab the Plex server logs from the Shield manually following this guide: https://support.plex.tv/articles/220347688-accessing-shield-storage/
That’s not the problem I’m experiencing. It’s not having a problem accessing the storage device, it just won’t recognize the Shield as the server anymore.
I know, that guide is to tell you where the logs are stored so you can get them manually for me.
